We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager for the US West to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and sales, with a deep understanding of the media technology landscape.Your tasks
- Drive sales growth by identifying net new opportunities for selling our media technology solutions to existing and new clients, working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Western US region, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support, product development, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Develop account strategies and plans to achieve customer retention and growth objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and customer feedback, ensuring CRM is updated.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen client relationships and generate new leads.Your qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of account management or technical sales experience, preferably in the broadcast or media technology industry.
- Existing network of multi-layer contacts in broadcasters and service providers.
- Sales experience with software defined solutions, especially master control playout, multi-viewing and monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
- Willingness to travel within the West Coast region as needed, up to 50%.

Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits.The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level.
