- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business and organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing expert advice on Tektronix products and services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Tektronix.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support and solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market insights to senior management.Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of technical account management experience in the Electronic Test and Measurement industry or a related/adjacent field.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve/exceed sales targets and business goals with a defined sales process.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Capable of building rapport and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronics in Test and Measurement and related industries' applications.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and innovative thinker with the ability to address complex challenges.
