If that sounds like you, you'll fit right in!POSITION OVERVIEW:The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager of Growth by executing tactical and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and seamless delivery of programs. This role focuses on handling client-facing documentation, scheduling, and coordination to streamline operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:CRM and Data Management: Update and maintain client records in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry. Regularly audit CRM data to ensure quality and accuracy for reporting and analysis.SOW Management and Documentation: Draft and send Statements of Work (SOWs) to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking their return. Maintain accurate records of SOW statuses and provide regular updates to the Senior Manager of Growth. Assist in preparing and updating Gantt charts to monitor account timelines and key milestones.Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule sales and follow-up calls with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate program session schedules with clients, ensuring alignment with the Program Success Coordinator for a seamless delivery experience. Manage account-related calendars, keeping all stakeholders informed of upcoming meetings, deadlines, and program schedules.Reporting and Account Monitoring: Provide regular updates on assigned account activities, including tracking progress against client deliverables and timelines. Support the Senior Manager of Growth with data analysis to inform strategic planning and account growth opportunities.Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing initiatives by scheduling and posting content as directed by the Senior Manager of Growth. Support promotional activities, including client-facing and internal communications.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or another related field is required. Minimum of 2 years of project execution, account management, client services, or similar. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data entry. Familiarity with Project Management Software (Monday, Trello, Asana, etc.) Familiarity with Gantt charts, proposal writing, and SOW preparation. Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively. Proven problem-solving agility, while able to adhere to standard operational procedures and deadlines. Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and take initiative. All-in team player capable of working cross-functionally. Experience in an organization with the customer intimacy mindset is preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and be able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other office suite products including Outlook, and Teams. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint.
