Job Outline:

As an Account Manager, you will own several client partner accounts within Meet's portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing these accounts through providing exemplary customer experience, increasing agreed commitment levels and/or opening other verticals or geographies or service offerings. You will be the key point of contact for the account and will engage with the delivery team to ensure representation on job briefing calls and gain updates to keep the client appraised of progress. Account Managers will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues encountered when partnering with their accounts and will determine whether escalation is necessary.

Key Duties:

  • Maintaining and developing core client partnerships.
  • Identifying further business opportunities within accounts across all Meet service offerings (permanent, contract, retained and program level hiring).
  • Acting as the primary contact for client partner accounts, including job intake calls, interview process and offer management and issue management.
  • Ensuring the appropriate Meet representatives are present on client calls and meetings.
  • Influencing job fillability through gaining flexibility from the client or increasing agreed commitment levels.
  • Delivering feedback and market insights to client contacts.
  • Building a candidate network within relevant verticals and delivering into owned accounts.
  • Assessing candidate placeability and prioritizing activity according to placeability score.
  • Leading internal training sessions with delivery teams to educate and update their knowledge of client partner accounts, including how best to sell the opportunity to prospective candidates.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of agency recruitment experience (REQUIRED)
  • Account Management experience with Life Science clients (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelors degree
