Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver top-notch marketing solutions that achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and with the internal team, develop strategic marketing plans to achieve their goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of our work.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Experience with Basecamp software preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful projects on time and on budget.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
