We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our brand's value proposition. As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, ensuring successful product delivery, and fostering long-term relationships that drive mutual success.
This is a hybrid position that requires the candidate to be local to our office in Suwanee, Georgia. Employees will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week while collaborating in-office for the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Account Coordination & Support: Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of brand solutions, from order receipt to timely delivery.
- Order Management & Troubleshooting: Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer orders, provide troubleshooting assistance for order issues, and address any customer concerns effectively.
- New Account Setup: Collaborate with the Accounts Payables team to set up new House accounts, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Customer Insights: Track and analyze customer usage, market trends, and account activities to provide valuable insights for both customers and internal teams.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide weekly and monthly reports comparing sales and bookings to forecasts, and monitor overall account performance.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales reps to support customer needs, including providing feedback on product requests, placement opportunities, and program development.
- Event Participation & Travel: Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings across North America as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, enhance your knowledge through educational opportunities, and contribute ideas for process improvements and new initiatives.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive account success by meeting sales targets and managing expenses within budget.
We are seeking an account manager who has:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and customer meetings.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
Additional qualification include:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience within a consumer products sales department.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience (retail, inside sales, or outside sales) in Office Products, Craft, Fine Art, or Mass Market channels.
- Sales Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.

This is a hybrid position that requires the candidate to be local to our office in Suwanee, Georgia. Employees will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week (Wednesday & Friday) while collaborating in-office for the remaining days.
