Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential in building and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering solutions that enhance their practices. A successful candidate will balance strategic account management with providing exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OBGYN private practices and other women's health professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote EDM's suite of products and services, aligning solutions with client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and superior client satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to maximize value for both the client and EDM.
- Track and report on account performance, providing insights to enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
