Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and commercial customers
- Ensure that sales representatives are held accountable, coordinating necessary information for project handoffs, and managing sales activities within the CRM/ERP system
- Follow up on leads, monitor progress, and ensure data accuracy
- Manage data entry, updates, and reporting requirements within CRM / ERP
- Manage multiple sales activities and follow-ups
- Maintain up-to-date records and coordinate activities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project management, operations, or sales support, preferably in a B2B setting
- Strong CRM / ERP experience
