Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles, CA; N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston and Laredo TX.Responsibilities:
- Expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional services such as warehousing, transportation, and supply chain optimization.
- Develop tailored account plans aligned with client objectives and Source Logistics' core verticals: Retail, CPG, Food & Beverage, and Health & Beauty.
- Drive EBITDA growth by delivering creative solutions that address client needs and improve margins.
- Build trusted, multi-level relationships within client organizations to position Source Logistics as a strategic advisor.
- Proactively identify non-bid growth opportunities by understanding client pain points and supply chain costs.
- Leverage competitive insights to identify weaknesses in competitors' offerings and strengthen Source Logistics' positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and client industries to uncover opportunities for account expansion.
- Achieve a 50%-win rate on growth opportunities by focusing efforts on high-probability projects.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of future opportunities to sustain long-term account growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in supply chain solutions, providing insights that align with client strategies.
- Network and build Source Logistics' brand presence within client circles and at industry events.
Requirements:
- 5 years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Background in supply chain and logistics is a plus.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Spanish is required, with a focus on the Hispanic market.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights for client growth.
- Fast learner, problem solver, outgoing, good attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of B2B environments and experience managing customer relationships. Familiarity with distribution to both major retailers like Walmart and smaller businesses like Fiesta supermarkets is a plus.
- 20% travel expected: fully onsite role.
