Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Account Manager to drive growth in our North Carolina territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive, can-do attitude. A successful Account Manager will understand our services deeply, be a self-starter, and effectively convey how our solutions provide relief to insurance companies and their clients. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new accounts with restoration contractors and insurance adjusters.
- Communication and Support:
- Regularly update clients on claim progress and provide ongoing support.
- Organization and Scheduling:
- Keep work priorities organized and on schedule. Consistency is key! Training will be provided on optimizing your time in the field.
- Opportunity Research:
- Research new opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Goals:
- Meet sales goals by deepening relationships with existing customers and cultivating positive experiences for new accounts.
- Collections Assistance:
- Assist in collections within your territory as needed.

Schedule

- Up to 50% travel within North Carolina.
Commute/Relocation
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Preferred locations include Raleigh, Durham, or Central NC for optimal travel; other areas will be considered.
