Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (office in Basking Ridge) for a Recruiting Account Manager at Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC in Basking Ridge, NJ. The Recruiting Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day operations, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role will be covering 2 Recruiters going on Maternity Leave. Upon their return, you will be promoted to an Account Manager.

Hiring to Start in Jan 2025 – reports to an office in Basking Ridge.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• BS / BA / AS Degree

Offering:

• Total Earnings $60,000-$70,000 (Base + Bonus)

Role is Part Time $24.00/Hr to start after 3 months
