If you are looking to take control of your career, we welcome you to join the Pavement Solutions Team!We are seeking candidates for a full-time Sales Account Manager to add to our growing team as soon as possible.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Act as a liaison between sales team and operations teamDevelop, manage, and report on sales goals and business development plan in accordance with company policies and proceduresBecome familiar with using our aerial imagery softwareLearn and become very familiar with using all features within our CRM systemUpload and update all applicable project information to our CRMSolicit, qualify, and upload accurate quotes for new business opportunitiesProvide an in-depth analyses of specific property needsPerform field measurements at local job sites to determine necessary scope of work for repairsConfigure, prepare, and distribute estimates/bids to match scope of workAnalyze proposals, blueprints, and other documentation to assist in the preparation of time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for all phases of projectCompile accurate repair map and photo addendums for proposalsProvide accurate job costing for all in-house service lines and identify cost saving measuresAssist in the planning, organizing, and scheduling of projectsAssist in selecting vendors and subcontractorsAssist in scoping local and national jobsDevelop and maintain relationships with local alliances and vendorsRespond to inquiries from customers and subcontractorsSolicit customer feedback to improve servicesGather and present information on competitor activitiesJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 3 years in direct sales, paving industry preferredKnowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment preferredAbility to work efficiently within a collaborative environment and contribute to building a positive team spiritExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processingStrong knowledge of general math conceptsPavement Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
