Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be supporting our National Account, The Home Depot.

You will focus on expanding both existing business year-over-year, growing customer satisfaction, and identifying and developing new business opportunities within The Home Depot.

You will report to the Senior Account Manager and work a hybrid schedule based out of our Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service The Home Depot customer account.
  • Manage relationships with The Home Depot, Merchant team and PPG field sales teams to understand needs and to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure follow-up and response to customer needs promptly.
  • Facilitate product recommendations, application and performance.
  • Develop account planning strategy to drive The Home Depot sales.
  • Use our CRM - Client Link sales tool to manage field activities and run reports accordingly.
  • Leading internal teams through product launch cycles and other account activities.
  • Develop internal and external account presentations as well as lead account specific communication calls.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Previous Big Box Store or Retail experience.
  • CRM, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License for travel. (10%-20%).
