Job reference:WD-0032771Account Manager TraineeSan JoseWhat's the role?The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts to drive customer engagement and provide a high level of customer service (95% order fill rates). Please be advised that a different location may result in a different range.At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
