You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive territory plan designed to meet or exceed upsell and cross-sell goals, tailored to the specific needs and opportunities of the assigned territory.What You Will DoConsistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by effectively managing your client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan designed to meet or exceed upsell and cross-sell goals, tailored to the specific needs and opportunities of the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advocating for their needs within the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic account plans aligned with clients' business objectives.Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the organization.Identify potential risks to client relationships and work proactively with the Client Success team to mitigate churn.Maintain positive and proactive relationships with your cross-functional peers.Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with the Client Success team that outline goals and milestones.Requirements3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry, with a focus on selling to law firms.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to understand and communicate complex software solutions.Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in SFDC and other sales tools.Travel to client locations as needed.Bachelor's Degree preferred.Willingness to travel within the Mid-Atlantic/Carolinas region as required.SurePoint recognizes the importance of taking care of our most valuable assets - our employees.
