A growing and stable manufacturing company is URGENTLY looking for Account Managers to focus on customer care with major accounts. This role will be managing and maintaining key accounts within the West Coast. This is a hybrid role - with four days in office and one day from home. This positions offers growth, stability and a place to call home. This role is a long term temp role, but there is a possibility it can become direct hire. Qualified candidates MUST have:
- At least three years of account management of sales experience with B2B
- Managed over $1 million on sales
- Able to manage pricing negotiation
- Managing heavy emails and calls from clients
- Managing and escalating RFQs
- Able to travel up to 25% for trade shows and sales meetings
- Able to commute with shipping and warehouse department on inventory
- MS Office Suite knowledge
- AS400 or similar ERP system
- Being able to work with cross functional departments
- Able to resolve disputes with customer accounts and work with collections department
- Reliable, bubbly, personable and comes to work with a smile
