RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Operations in Beaverton, OR.Duties Include:

• E2E alignment with the end goal to deliver on-time Launch moments for stores season over season
• Account Operations will track, report, and communicate deliveries to our store teams to deliver Launch product on time
• Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities with focus on the future state of our business
• As an Account Operations, you will participate in discussions with business leaders across multiple functions to understand priorities and communicate regular status updates
• Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that will enable the MPO team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions with regards to consumer value and profitability

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred
• Curious about processes and improvements -There Is No Finish Line-
• Business Ownership mindset with the ability to establish decisions rooted in ROI analysis
• Supply Chain and Retail knowledge preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
