Position Overview

The Account Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of site security personnel, ensuring seamless delivery of physical security services across multiple sites. This role is responsible for overseeing security operations, fostering leadership growth within the team, and implementing strategic improvements. In partnership with senior leadership, the Account Operations Manager will drive operational effectiveness, enhance performance, and ensure audit readiness, all while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead & Manage Operations: Oversee daily contractor operations including hiring, training, and managing personnel to deliver top-tier security services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and seamless communication.
  • Optimize Performance: Coordinate support services, resolve operational challenges, and ensure account performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Cost Efficiency & Customer Service: Achieve operational efficiency and cost-saving goals while prioritizing superior customer service.
  • Emergency & Compliance Readiness: Be available for after-hours emergency responses, ensuring teams are always ready and in compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Data & Analytics: Review and report on desk journals, tickets, visitor logs, and other data, using analytics to improve operations and resolve issues.
  • Professional Development: Coach, counsel, and train your team, supporting technical and professional growth through evaluations and feedback.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Compile and analyze performance data to prepare comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Equipment & Supplies Management: Maintain an inventory of uniforms, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviceable.

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Tech-Savvy: Sharp computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Multi-tasking Abilities: Ability to lead and inspire a team, while managing various tasks in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000 - $94,000 annually
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401K plan.
  • Paid Time Off: 5 days of accrued PTO and sick days.
