About the role:Are you ready to take the next step with a career change at TQL? As an Account Representative, your job will be to further develop business on the sales floor. You will focus on maintaining existing accounts while helping close new business alongside full truckload brokers in your aligned location for your specific mode of transportation. You will be your team's subject matter expert on your mode of transportation, handling these shipments accordingly for the brokers and customers that you are working with.What's in it for you:

What you'll be doing:
- Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time
- Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
- Input, update, and manage shipment information in Load Manager
- Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
- Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
- Become a subject matter expert for TQL's OMASS department
What you need:
- College degree preferred, but we have successful Account Representatives without one
- The determination to work harder than those around you
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict
- Ability to work with the latest technologies
- An obsession for great customer service
- A passion for the complexities of logistics, outside of FTL
