About the RoleCanon Financial Services in Mount Laurel, NJ is currently seeking an Account Representative I (Representative, Account I). The Account Representative I is the primary liaison to the Independent Dealers from an overall relationship perspective as well as customer's credit application submissions and processing activities. The position is responsible for providing extraordinary training & customer service to Independent Dealers and Customers and to work within a team environment. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Your ImpactDevelop and maintain relationship with Dealers through telemarketing, email solicitation, order procurement.Provide best in class customer service and lease consulting.Grow market share within assigned territory.Provide product, promotion, and general lease sales training to the Independent Dealer base on an ongoing basis to strengthen Canon product sales.Understand products and prices offered by competition and update management on any market conditions that could impact Canon sales or market share.Use persuasion skills to Dealers to secure potential Customers.Explain CFS products or services and prices, and answer questions from both Dealers and End User customers.Answer calls and emails as outlined in KRA's to ensure best in class single point of contact service.Influences customers to buy or retain CUSA product or service. Work with our Dealer channel partners to provide accurate and timely information.Document all transactions by ensuring accurate application entry and providing detailed follow up on all transactions.Maintains a high level of service by following policies and procedures; reporting necessary changes required that hinder providing this best-in-class service.Maintains technical knowledge.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Promotes best in class service throughout the servicing platform through cradle to grave ownership, escalating to department management as needed.Maintain Salesforce database through activity history and sales coding to ensure knowledge of assigned dealers.Develop relationships with Territories TSE's in an effort to resolve appropriate escalated Dealer issues jointly.Works closely with Relationship Manager to ensure targeted Dealers are managed in a collaborative way in order to maximize effectiveness and relationship.Work with Risk Analysts to obtain additional credit information to decision credit applications and communicate those decisions to both Dealers & Customers when appropriate.Basic knowledge of CPI program and basic HP comprehension.About You: The Skills & Expertise You BringBachelor's degree is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with high energy, positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative.Basic comprehension of programs utilized in leasing industry.Basic comprehension of credit concepts.Strong math aptitude with communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.Travel with management or senior associate as required.Strong computer skills (preferably Rapport & LeaseWave).Equipment leasing and/or Finance experience preferred.The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.
