Marsh is seeking an Account Representative at our Rochester / Syracuse location. This position is part of the overall account team and is critical to the client experience to drive new business and facilitate retention throughout the client lifecycle. What can you expect? This position is critical to successfully support a high-volume book of business to Marsh insurance clients. You will receive on the job, online and side-by-side training to be successful and productive in this role. Collaborate with experienced colleagues to gain experience and skill sets for professional growth. A property and casualty brokers license will need to be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
