Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bringing in new Auto, Home, Life & Health business
- Calling on existing customers
- Use a customer-focused, needs- based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Explaining various policies and products to potential and existing customers
- Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
- Following sales processes and providing excellent customer service
DESIRED ABILITIES
- Sales Experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
