Position OverviewSuccessful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Account Representative - Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets.   • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations

Compensation: $55,000-$70,000+ annuallyRequirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
