Additional details regarding total compensation and benefits will be shared during the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesAs a Debt Collector for American Coradius International LLC, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, collecting on past-due accounts. By building strong relationships with your customers, you will directly impact the success of the business.   • Work in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while engaging with customers.
  • Operate in a metrics-driven environment, communicating effectively with customers.
  • Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction, treating them with respect and responding with empathy.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow all applicable regulatory and departmental policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Collections, Sales, Retail, or Customer Service.
  • Fluency in reading and speaking both Spanish and English is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer interaction or customer support experience, either over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Minimum of 1 year of computer experience, utilizing multiple applications in a Windows-based environment with the ability to multitask using a computer while providing customer support (including ZOOM).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for helping people by solving problems and explaining solutions clearly.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of the CUBS Application System is preferred.
