The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as transition across many different functions and clients based on the needs of the business.The Account Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day brand management related to our roster of clients and will be primarily responsible for project management, activation ideation & execution and asset management, in addition to research & insights and overall activation and sponsorship strategy. They will work directly with multiple clients and their agency network and report to the Senior Director, Brand Consulting.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the relationship manager and lead on a series of accounts, maintaining and nurturing relationships with your clients throughout the year
- Manage the ideation, coordination, and execution of multiple marquee client events and on-site activations throughout the calendar year
- Plan all details leading up to all events and activations, including but not limited to, venue selection & negotiation, dcor, catering, entertainment, athlete or celebrity appearances, transportation, operations, logistics, gifting, and overall event run of show and flow
- Manage detailed event budgets with an awareness of our overall client's goal making sure all budget items are reconciled and accounted for within our P&Ls
- Handle all the sourcing of any 3rd party vendors making sure we are vetting and always hiring the best companies to assist with all our needs
- Produce presentation materials including event scenario options, sponsorship activation plans, gifting proposals, venue research, and event recaps
- Collaborate with Brand and other agency teams to develop and implement strategic campaigns specific to our clients partnership inclusive of activation at tentpole events, club partnership management and athlete and influencer partnerships
- Lead onsite management of your client activations in and around events
- Support and contribute to all team brainstorms, coming with ideas based on past experiences and research
- Develop and maintain a working level understanding of client's industry, culture, products/services and key initiatives
- Monitor/report industry trends along with competitive activity specific to client category
- Develop and maintain account service-relate tools needed to manage multiple Brands and Customer Teams, such as databases, tracking spreadsheets, status reports, and program recaps
- Participate in all relevant status calls (internal and external) and compile/share regular agendas and status reports

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience (agency or sports experience preferred)

- Knowledge and experience within brand management, specifically experiential activations and events
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple work streams to execute programs
- Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple partners and programs
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to present ideas, activation plans, and recap results
- Real-time industry knowledge and relationships in sports + entertainment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
