Job Description:

Our client, a leading full-service marketing agency for healthcare challenger brands is in search for an Account Supervisor helping us to deliver game-changing campaigns for consumers & HCPs. This position will be hybrid and based out of the New York office.

  • Salary range of $100-150k

Responsibilities:

  • Develops comprehensive marketing and brand platform briefs.
  • Oversees the entire agency process.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and diligence in creating tactical plans, encompassing budgets and timelines.
  • Production: Effectively supervises and manages the production of client-approved marketing materials.
  • Creative: Collaborates in the development of creative briefs.
  • Takes charge of writing and preparing marketing communication plans and proposals.
  • Communication: Accurately and promptly conveys key client issues and initiatives to the team.
  • Exhibits creative and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • PHCG Offerings: Possesses basic knowledge of PHCG businesses, services, and tools.
  • Establishes and maintains trusting relationships with client counterparts, being seen as strategic and adding significant value to the account.
  • Relationship: Maintains frequent, positive contact with key clients.
  • Brand Champion: Ensures that the brand strategy and positioning are the focus for the client, account team, and other internal departments.
  • Agency Champion: Understands, communicates, and advocates the agency's point of view.
  • Presentations: Keeps the client informed of all account activities and ensures the delivery of accurate and timely written reports. Presents complex data or messages clearly, succinctly, and compellingly to clients.
  • Leads the effort in ensuring timely and accurate client documentation and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

  • With over 5 years of experience, you have mastered the art of Client Services.
  • Possesses a deep and expert understanding of the therapeutic category, the target audience, and at least two communication channels.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one additional category and another audience.
  • Constantly updates and expands knowledge of technology.
  • Applies extensive expertise to assigned brands.
  • Acts as an authoritative source of advice for the therapeutic area.
  • Ensures the team adheres to agency processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Vision: Develops communication objectives and strategies, such as marketing and brand platform briefs. Capable of seeing the big picture while managing both broad issues and detailed processes.
  • Planning: Conducts high-level analysis of categories, research, and competitive data. Extracts key findings and issues from all available marketing data and plays an active role in strategic development.
  • Exhibits a strong passion for the brand.
