ACV's network of brands includes ACV Auctions, ACV Transportation, ClearCar, MAX Digital, and ACV Capital.What you will do:Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Receive inbound calls from ACV customers.Resolve customer inquiries using resources like Salesforce and internal ACV tools.Perform outbound calls to ACV customers as needed to resolve issues.Document activities, strategies, and efforts within Salesforce.Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure consistent repeat business.Meet or exceed SLA's for issue resolutions.Understand ACV policies and procedures.Work with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.Present current ACV offerings and services to promote business.Communicate with business owners and decision-makers professionally.Meet or exceed all goals and KPIs set by management.Perform additional duties as assigned.What you will need:High School Diploma or equivalent required.2 years' administrative or customer service experience.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.A reliable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Customer-first philosophy.Resilience, problem-solving skills, and results-driven.Experience supporting customers (customer service/retail) is a plus.Fluent Spanish is a plus.Team player and adaptable.Compensation: $21.00 per hour.
