Position: AccountantLocation: Redmond WADuration:6+ monthsPay Rate: $55/hr on W2We are looking for an Accountant to join one of our Fortune 500 clientsJob Summary:The Accountant is responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports to maintain accurate records of an organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities. This role involves ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, assessing financial reports for completeness and adherence to standards, and providing insights and solutions to support business and financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Accurately prepare and maintain financial documents, including reports, journal entries, and billing.Review accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.Document detailed and high-level processes for use by execution teams and for executive presentations.Conduct operational surveys to identify accounting needs, recommending and developing solutions to financial and business challenges.Collect and analyze data to identify issues such as control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, excess spending, fraud, or non-compliance with laws and policies.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Accounting, Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Compliance, and other departments to drive alignment and achieve financial goals.Required Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.Advanced ability to work independently and effectively manage time.Proficient in applying accounting principles and mathematical reasoning.In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and regulations as they pertain to accounting.Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced user), and PowerPoint, as well as accounting software.Knowledge of Microsoft systems preferred.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related financial field required; an advanced degree is preferred.8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting required.We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.If you're interested, please click “Apply” button.If you are not available or this job is not a good fit at present, please share the job details with your friends/colleagues and let me know if anyone is interested.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
