Job DetailsPosition will report to the President of the organization. Responsible for accounting across multiple corporate and limited partnership entities. Position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or related business degree with a working knowledge of Accounting Principles.Essential Job Functions
- Accounts payable processing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Understanding of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Statements of Cash Flow
- Understanding of the General Ledger and Journal Entries
- Month-end financials
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Investor quarterly distributions
- Discounted cash flow and IRR
Other Job Duties
- Assist in analysis of the CRE property financials
- Assist with property budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and variance analysis
- Willingness to learn advanced excel
- Assist in writing projects pertaining to real estate and economics
Basic CompetenciesEducation A minimum of a Bachelor's degreeExperience Along with at least five-year experience in accountingSkills The applicant must posses
