Your analytical acumen and keen attention to detail will propel us towards new heights of financial success.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and reconcile the University's audited financial statements, including the statements of financial position, statement of activities, statement of cash flows and footnotes. Prepare various monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial report journal entries and other journal entries as assigned. Prepare Athletics EADA/NCAA Report of Revenue and Expenditures and footnote(s). Prepare surveys for various external agencies. Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and controls. Collaborate with supervisor to identify needs and priorities of office and to offer ideas on how to automate reporting processes. Participate in cross-training. Complete various additional tasks as assigned by manager.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of related work experience. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
