Your Specific Responsibilities:The incumbent is responsible for the receipt and processing of Purchase-Card payment of all invoices for DOH-Highlands utilizing FLAIR (Florida Accounting Information Resource) in accordance with Section 215.422, F.S. and Chapter 3A-24, FAC. The incumbent performs various fiscal duties under the supervision of the Administrative Services Director I within the Accounts Payable (AP) section. The incumbent complies with and monitors compliance (when applicable) of the mandatory requirements of Section 215.422, F.S. Process invoices received in the fiscal office. Input invoices for processing utilizing Ariba on Demand (AOD) and FLAIR. Researching all vendor inquiries including employee travel and past due balances to ensure all accounts are current.As Travel Champion for FDOH-Highlands, the incumbent will stay current on all travel rules and regulations provide education to travelers and conduct local trainings as needed. WORKS Champion for FDOH-Highlands. Provide education to WORKS users and conduct local trainings as needed. Will be a Level 3 User in Financial Information Reporting System (FIRS). Runs daily, weekly, and monthly Report Distribution (RDS) reports.Provides back up and assistance to other fiscal staff as needed. Keeps Supervisor informed of any problems pertaining to invoice payment processes. Comply with and monitor compliance as applicable, Chapter 215.422, F.S. and Chapter 3A-20 F.A.C.

Qualifications:Minimum- Must have three years working experience analyzing and/or auditing financial data. Must have experience with accounts payable. Must have experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel. Basic knowledge of arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- A valid Florida driver's license is required.
Preferred - Previous experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping or Budget with State/Government agency. Experience in MFMP/AOD, FIRS and/ or FLAIR systems.
