Associate s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) with 6 months of experience;
Monitor and analyze expenses within KT-Logistics software, identifying areas where cost-saving measures can be implemented. Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes using Kingdee to ensure financial data is properly recorded and reported; Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements using Xero in compliance with both legal and company accounting guidelines; Analyze financial data with Power BI to provide insights on asset utilization, audit results. Recommend operational and financial improvements based on analysis findings; Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts using SAP BPC; Conduct comprehensive reviews of payroll records using ADP Workforce Now to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and data integrity.
