Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process weekly/monthly payroll
• Process sales tax reporting
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Payroll
• Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
• Familiarity with debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation
• Knowledge of payroll is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be FULLY bilingual (spanish) - writing, speaking, reading
