Job Description:
- Prepare weekly financial snapshots for management - Assist in cash forecasting and reconciliations, credit card administration and integration with accounting software - Prepare month-end close entries and balance sheet accounts - Maintain inventory, perform monthly cycle counts, and construction in process accounts - Prepare various tax filings, registrations, billing and other entries related to certain types of contracts - Provide support in external audit and tax prep process Job Requirements- Bachelors in Accounting - 2+ years of accounting experience in a construction environment - Excel proficiency - Self-motivated, high level of attention to detail with analytical skills, team player, and be someone who wants to improve the current processes to make them more efficient
