Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to continually learn new things
  • Strong accounting background
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to learn new software
  • General Ledger, AR, AP, FA , Payroll, Billing, etc.
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Accounting degree or additional 5 years of applicable experience
Accounting Skills:Income Statement and Balance Sheet preparation; knowledgeable in General Ledger and subsidiary ledger functions including:
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Cash
  • Payroll processing
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliation
  • Fed, State, and local withholding and employment tax
  • Budgeting
Office Skills:
  • Written and oral communications
  • Document and update accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management and external clients
  • Detail oriented with the ability to explain details to management
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
Technology Experience:
  • QuickBooks Online advanced in all day to day financial functions
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Time entry/management software
  • Fixed asset and depreciation software
