Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their accounting career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions. Support internal audits and compliance checks. Help ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Work closely with senior accountants and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
