Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording and verifying financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Month-End Close: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and cost control efforts.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
