Perform bank reconciliations, accurately recording transactions and resolving discrepancies. Manage and track prepaid expenses to ensure correct expense recognition. Record accrued liabilities to capture all expenses in the correct accounting period. Maintain accurate financial reporting by ensuring consistent department coding for transactions. Allocate practice costs appropriately across various departments. Complete balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and investigating discrepancies. Work with the accounting team to enhance process efficiency and streamline the month-end close cycle.
