Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of accounting experience, highly organized and strong attention to detail. This company offers growth opportunities, flexibility and variety within this position. The salary range for this position is $60k-$85k depending on position and experience. The Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update financial data, including ledgers, accounts, and reports.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial statements and resolve accounting issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
The Accountant will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 1+ year of accounting experience for staff position.
- 3+ years of accounting experience for senior position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
