SUMMARY Primary responsibility is to provide key financial support to the plant including a budget, monthly forecast, weekly flash, month-end close, monthly financial reporting, and internal control testing and compliance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for location management
  • Assist in building the annual budget for the plant
  • Perform self-audits as well as ensuring SOX compliance
  • Assist with internal/external auditors on facility audits
  • Provides/Assists in location cost/standard reviews monthly
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare year-end reports as needed
  • Provide training and guidance as related to EBS OM in Oracle, which includes purchase order review and processing to COPD
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS Education
  • BS/BA in Finance or Business
Experience
  • 2-3 years of Finance experience
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Oracle ERP experience or other similar systems (JD Edwards, SAP, others) is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Flexibility of time, thoughts, and methods to achieve tasks
  • Basic knowledge of forecasting
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and quickly changing environment.
  • Capable of multitasking
