We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide critical support by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and enhance various documents, including reports, letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations, for internal and external communications.
- Provide support and backup for managing investment email correspondence, including prioritizing, routing, and responding to time-sensitive requests.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in compliance with the company's document management policies.
- Coordinate Stockholder and Board of Directors mailings, as well as other key communications.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to administrative processes and practices.
- Work closely with the Staff Accountant on tasks related to tax matters, QuickBooks, bookkeeping, and insurance matters.
- Participate in special projects, conduct research, and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Support insurance-related tasks and ensure timely management of related matters.
Ideal Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, with 1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Attention to detail with exceptional focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365, with advanced comfort using Excel.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and database management is a plus.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a strong command of grammar and clarity.
