LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Assistant for an immediate-hire opportunity to join a well-established construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
- Invoicing: Match purchase orders to invoices, verifying the accuracy of billing and resolving any discrepancies.
- AP Support: Serve as a backup for the AP Lead, assisting with various tasks as needed and ensuring continuity of operations.
- Administrative Support: general duties such as filing, scheduling, and handling front desk duties.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proven experience in an accounts payable or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
