Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Ensure the timely filling and maintenance of business records;
- Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Serve as backup for setting up vendors, process A/P invoices, create PO's, and issue checks
- Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions
- Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Work conditions are normal for an office environment.
