Job Summary & Requirements In this role, our successful candidate will assist the Controller with day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Handling employee and client inquiries as needed.
- Maintaining client Contracts and Agreements
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Assist with special projects
- Back-up for payroll
Must Have's:
- 3 Years of Accounting experience working for a small company.
- College degree in accounting.
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Experience with payroll software (ADP preferred) and JD Edwards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills.
