This role will report to the Director of Accounting: Billing and Revenue Management. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for processing estimates, billing, invoicing, cash receipts, reporting and purchase order management for specific clients. Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for financial account management including estimating, billing, and invoicing for 750-1,000 jobs per month
- Purchase order management for all jobs processed through operations
- Manage the purchase orders for onsite fees
- Handle L'Oreal's cash management and allocations, post their payments and allocate credits created for final invoicing
- Ensure accuracy of client records from point of billing, invoicing and completing client reporting
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in accounting
- Exceptional attention to fine details
- Power user of Excel and Microsoft Word (i.e. pivot tables, etc.)
- College degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent experience
