Our employment philosophy is our employees are our greatest asset and our vision is excellence through teamwork.So, if you're looking to grow and learn in an established organization please look below at our current open position:Position:Accounting Associate Pay Range:$40,000 - $55,000 based on experience Shift:7:30 AM to 4 PMPrimary Function:Supports the Accounting Department by performing routine tasks to maintain accurate financial records for the Company Job Duties:Manage daily cash reportsRecord general ledger entriesAssist with month-end close processesPrepare financial statements and reportsConduct account analysis and reconciliationsEnsure proper recording and processing of all Accounts PayablePrepare weekly check runsEnsure proper recording of all invoices and credits to customer accountsCommunicate with external and internal contacts to rectify discrepanciesCollaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial dataFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety rulesMaintains ISO 9001 compliance in all activitiesMaintain work area in a clean and orderly conditionPerform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in business, accounting or equivalent experienceKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience with financial reporting and analysis a plusAbility to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errorsMust be able to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring accuracy and attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient with Microsoft products: Outlook and ExcelExperience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system a plusBenefits:HCC, Inc. offers a world-class benefits package that includes a competitive salary.
