Staffmark is looking for an experienced Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team in Corbin, KY. Pay: $20.00/hour Shift: Monday to Friday, with two shift options: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM As a Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for generating and sending detailed invoices to customers, converting estimates as needed. You'll maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, track overdue payments, and communicate with customers to facilitate collections. You'll also record payments using accounting software, scan, file, and log financial documents, and send quotes to customers with follow-up. Additional duties include compiling data for deposit breakdowns, reporting delinquencies to management, and managing bookkeeping for multiple companies while adapting to evolving accounting needs. You will also offer financial recommendations to minimize debt and handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting/finance
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and QuickBooks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality
• Willing to adapt to changing business needs
