As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with accounting and finance professionals. 50% of the focus is on client development and 50% is on recruiting and candidate development. You will work collaboratively with your team to manage process for direct-hire placement of Accounting and Finance positions ranging from entry-level to executive level, from searching and prospecting through ensuring successful placements.

Benefits include:
- Compensation: Compensation: Base salary $55,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission + bonus. Average year 1 OTE $70,000 - $80,000. Year 2 and beyond $75,000 - 100,000+.
