* Greet visitors in person and over the phone in a professional manner

* Initiate daily cash and check deposits

* Cashiering to collect real estate and mobile home taxes

* Maintain bank and financial reports

* Other duties as assigned

* High school diploma or equivalent

* In office/person punctual attendance is required

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

* Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with coworkers, outside departments, and public

* Ability to meet deadlines as assigned

* Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

* Previous cashiering and/or Bookkeeping experience

* Some college having a background in the areas of math or accounting

* Proficient computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
