Job Description:
Position Title: Accounting Clerk II FLSA Classification: Non-ExemptReports To: Staff Accountant Date: 09/30/2024JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary/Objective:This position will focus on warranty credits and RGA's. Accounting Clerk II requires a high level of detail and accuracy. Other duties include: invoicing, electronic data interface invoicing, receiving inventory, and other accounting functions. Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
  • Invoice credits and sales in a timely manner daily.
  • Research and communicate credits to ensure SOX compliance and timely processing
  • Maintain warranty spreadsheet
  • Controlling RGA's and follow up to ensure timely receipts
  • Work with other departments to ensure all levels of approval are met
  • Back up receiving inventory as needed
  • Participate in physical inventory audits

Supervisory Responsibility:N/AWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office setting within a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, printers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers and noise from manufacturing equipment). This list is not all inclusive.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. The employee may be required to lift/move up to 50 pounds.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. One day of 9:00am to 6:00pm each week is preferred.Travel:Less than 10%Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years accounting experience
  • Experience with inventory counting and auditing
  • Intermediate to strong excel skills
  • Experience with warranty credits a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Other accounting experience is a plus
  • Some college classes are a plus.
  • Experience in RV Industry a plus.
